Q: What area do you cover?

We cover Hampshire and Dorset, Berkshire and Wiltshire and parts of West Sussex and Surrey . If you are not sure if we cover your area please get in contact.

Q: How do I secure my date?

Dates get booked up quickly especially in peak season. We would hate for you to miss out. As soon as you wedding is booked please get in contact. To secure your date we will check availability. If the games are free on your date.  We will send you a booking form, written quotation and invoice for the booking fee. Please use the booking reference when making any payments. Once the booking form is complete and payment has been received your date is secure. Your booking fee is Non refundable if we are cancelled. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your event.

Q: Refundable Damage Deposit?

A damage deposit is required with all booking. Your Refundable deposit is payable 1 month before the event. This deposit will be refunded after the event once everything has been inspected. All hire items need to returned undamaged and nothing missing. Any damage or loss will be deducted from the deposit .The remaining balance will be refunded once the costs of the repairs or missing items have been taken out. If this amount is higher that your deposit you will be invoice for the balance .Please see you contact for more details.

Q: When is the final payment due?

Your final payment is due 1 month before the event with your refundable deposit. No collection , delivery or set up will be made without the full balance received.

Q: My event is indoors can we still hire your games?

Most of our games are suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Please contact us for more details.

Q: What happens when the weather is bad?

Our games can withstand most weather conditions. If you have hired on a DIY or the weather changes once we have left , and you are experiencing strong winds and or heavy rain, we advise you move the games to a protected area. THIS IS TO PROTECT YOU AND YOUR GUESTS AND THE GAMES PLUS VENUE.

Q: Do you give us a partical refund if we cannot use the games all day due to weather?

We are really sorry weather conditions are out of our control .We cannot refund a due to any weather conditions.

Q: Will your games work at my venue?

To get maximum use of the games it is ideal to have a flat space . Some of our games require a large space to play. Please get in contact with your concerns. We can advise you and arrange a site visit to make sure your vision will work at yourvenue.
We have a selection of games that would work at any venue including indoors games.

Q: Can we collect the games from you?

Yes we offer  DIY Package on a selection of games.
Some games are set up and collection by our team only. Please contact us for more details.

Q: How much space do we need to set up the games?

Some of our games can be adapted to suit the size of your venue . We can give you dimensions of all our games with suggested play area you will require for each game.

Q: Is delivery and set up included in the price?

In the written quotation the price is for the hire of the games. We require you’ve venue address so we can confirm the delivery costs. Don’t forget for us its 4 trips to deliver and collect games. There and back x 2. Unless you want a DIY booking which is free. You collect the day before and return the day after.
We will need to know the address and postcode of the venue to confirm if this is free or if a small delivery setup and collection fee will be added.

Q: A game I would love to have at my event you do not stock , Can you make or get in stock for me?

Please get in contact ASAP . We love adding new games to our range. If this is something we can help with we would love to hear your suggestions . Our list of games are expanding all the time .We may already be making it or the game is on our list to stock / make.

Q: Do the team stay around during my event?

No we usually set up and return at the agreed time prior to the event.
If this is something you would like us to do. For a additional cost we can have a team on hand to help make sure everything is running smoothly and your guests are having a fanatic fun filled day. We can explain the rules if guests have never played the game before.

Q: Do I need to know any other information I may have not thought off?

Some of our Hand sewn games need the guests to take the shoes off to keep them clean.These games cannot be washed. These games cannot be used in wet weather they will need to be set up indoors instead.
